All processing happens locally in your browser, and we do not upload your database files to our servers.

4. Subscription Tiers

SQL Diff Tool offers different subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) with varying features and limitations:

• Enterprise tier: Maximum file size support and unlimited comparisons

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all paid features you select.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our service for any illegal purposes or to conduct any illegal activity. You also agree not to:

• Use the service in a way that could damage or overburden our servers

All content and materials available on SQL Diff Tool, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of SQL Diff Tool or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.

SQL Diff Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
